GNCC’s Directors received a substantial number of enquiries from our stockholders over the last week; all pertaining to the completion and the filing of the outstanding Annual and Quarterly Reports.
The Company’s Directors late last week, successfully re-negotiated the terms pertaining to certain of its Mining Exploration Properties. This resulted in back expenditures from September 1, 2015 to date. The amounts were material; warranting a redraft of the actual Financial Statements for each of the 12 outstanding Annual and Quarterly Reports up to and including June 30, 2018.
This process is underway and will be completed this week. Stockholders are respectfully requested to appreciate that Jewish holidays commencing today will result in no communications from the Company until Thursday September 20, 2018. We reiterate that we intend to file all of the outstanding and current Annual and Quarterly Reports simultaneously and if on a trading day; only after market close. This will restore the
Company to that of a Current Filer on the OTC Markets. We confirm that the JV will be implemented immediately upon GNCC Capital, Inc. being
restored as a “Current Filer” on the OTC Markets. We trust that we have addressed the various issues as E Mailed to ourselves from our stockholders and we thank them for their continued support.
