That shows there is no buy pressure. Bidders only feel it is worth less that .10, however, what I do enjoy is sitting on the low bid to snag some shares and then turning around and putting them for sale on the ask knowing some are desperate enough to keep buying on the ask at the end of the day to keep it from closing in the RED.
