Yes... We own about 30% and sold another 30% prior to the IPO. Believe it was for approx. 100 mil.

It's all in the Co's proposal press release that is somewhere on the CGC website. You should use that for your DD.

It's similar to Privateer owning the majority of Tilray in the sense that those shares are not available to the open market at the moment.

All the specifics of the financial/ownership structure are in the press release of a couple months ago. glta
