The OTC can be a cruel place. Especially when narcissistic self promoters like Cellucci ply their trade.

I take no joy in anyone’s loss...it just fuels my rather strong dislike of penny CEO’s who dilute their tickers into oblivion.

Cellucci’s is well on his way to a third RS, assuming FINRA will even process it.

But I think this ticker is now dead to him.

He has DPLS to play with...rinse and repeat.
