My point is, while it may seem comforting to think of oneself as one of the “stakeholders” referenced in the PwC document...
....the reality is really quite harsh.
Being at the very bottom of the “stakeholder” pile in a liquidation bankruptcy means one will get nothing.
Once the secured creditors get what they want to release their claims to that assets...there will be very little left, if anything, to go to the next in line...who themselves are still FAR ahead of the common equity.
So for now BIOAQ is a flipper/swing trade “Q” play.
But the music will stop, guaranteed.
Only a question of when.
