Now I don't know about you but I find it rather odd that first someone would simply hand over unencumbered ownership of a half billion bond to CSHD and even more odd that CSHD in turn would give full control to someone in Hungary.
I wouldn't to that with a $10,000 CD. The only kind of bond that deserves this kind of cavalier treatment is the only kind of bond this can possibly be.. a bogus one.
