That's probably on a yearly basis, and adding all those employees as expenses... likely very little profit from this acquisition... Maybe they can use the store to acquire materials for their consulting operations at a discount now, in order to entice more clients to go with them? Obviously the market is not impressed with the yawn reaction by the share price...
