Kidrin is on the board of Marimed, however in Worlds SEC filings it is clearly stated the Worlds would sell it’s shares in MRMD into the market in an orderly manner so as not to adversely effect the MRMD share price. The divestment of those shares was required by the SEC when the spinoff of WORX/MRMD was approved.
