Not by them, but by 12ReTech, however Bitzio should have reported it too like has been said here before. But like it has seemed for a while, what could we expect from a company that had even shut down their phone and moved out without leaving a way to contact them.

But we're still here waiting for proof that they don't exist as a real company anymore and don't hold shares of GERS anymore.
