Be Confident: That's a really ridiculous statement even for you. NEOM is out of business and any of it's former patents that have not expired were foreclosed on. Shareholders in NEOM have lost their investment.

be: You haven’t done one moment of “DD” unless you figured out NeoMedia closed. Lights out.

By the way, due diligence (“DD”) is what you do before you make an investment, not after you lost all your investment. So considering you lost all your investment, your extensive DD sucked.

Be: I’ve been out of NEOM for years and now that the company no longer exists and it’s patents are gone, are you suggesting that former and now unpaid employees have been collaborating all along with others for some soon to be released innovation that will send the stock to the moon? Would you be willing to share a small bit of this DD with the board? And not the articles and links, that isn’t considered DD, and it isn’t even speculation. Thanks.
