So shortly the DEA will have to reclassify cbd as not a schedule 1drug because of Epidolex by GW Pharma. Cvsi has GRAS cert. Supposswdly cvsi has partnered with Snaak to produce a cbd protein bar although I have not seen or heard about it. Nobody has made a big splash with a cbd beverage and so far other than balms and caps and gels and sprays and liquids, all cbd specific products, nobody seems to be willing to make a cbd beveragelike Coke or Pepsi OR STARBUCKS or nestle. Or a cbd chocolate bar by Godiva or MARS ETC. SOMEBODY HAS to be getting legal opinion on such a move and it has not brazenly happened. Somebody has to test the waters of legality . Who and when?
