It always the case for every stock settlement of stock trading, there are sellers and buyers, otherwise ther is no deal, the question is who are the sellers for each settlement of each TMMI stock settlement. It is just common sense that people has 50 % of the total TMMI stock and purchased at special deal under1 cent of each share will not continue to purchase through the market but sell at the price over 3 cents in the last couple of month which will depress the stock price and which is unfair to the regular investors who purchase their shares in the market at higher price
