The Reporting Persons intend to tender 100% of the shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons in the Tender Offer, subject to the terms of the Tender Offer established by the Company. The Reporting Persons reserve the right, however, to change its intentions with respect to tendering its shares of Common Stock, including if the Company modifies the terms of the Tender Offer.
