Still very much in bankruptcy. As a matter of fact it is heading to the Delaware
Bankruptcy court as we speak . The Canadian courts have no control over the debt ridden empty shell . Judge Laurie will take care of that in the end . And the chapter 15 wont be dimissed it will be closed .
