Why would Thom Split his resources and cause confusion?

First you get ATVI to pay... and a lot. Then you have everything needed to get others to pay. Patience. The road now traveled by WDDD is the smartest, most cost effective, and will yield the most.

I didn't mean to imply that T.K. sue other infringers prior to winning the case. Of course, a win is the 1st step. But, once he even files a case against another or a few more infringers that would be Warp 9 in the way of rocket fuel. I'm waiting for that day.
