Centurian has a development in Kaufman County. UDFI showed a loan with a max balance of $15 million with $7 million principal balance. The borrower was BDMR Development LLC, which I believe is a Centurian entity.
Looks like this one got fully approved, including a PID. If this was, and still is, a UDF IV loan, it’s another example of potential progress. Here is the link:
