And please, this ISA thing goes on over one year from speculating that the whole Consensi data was fraudulent. Now after FDA approval 'oops' .. they 'focus' on whats left, insider trading due to some trial data release, which is regular under US FDA rules.
However, now SEC finally moved from begging to a legal order and Waymack and KTOV may use this tool to properly negotiate the pro and cons.
ISA needs a little downer her - a defeat to come back to senses.
Maybe then they can settle something out, or it will just go away quietly.
Nonetheless, all this has nothing to do with the value of FDA approved Consensi and NT219, which has been laid out multiple times (see my old post for example).
