Yes,sure, I understand that.I was only concerning myself with the fact that continual issuance of more shares,le dilution,will cause the individual who has already bought before dilution,heavy losses in proportion to the dilution,regardless of mc.The dilution that has occurred this year in IPIX has been killing to any investor ,and has raised very little cash for the company.Thats not to say a deal wont turn things around,but as you have pointed out,a bad outcome is very possible hère.
