According to the USGS we get 100% of scandium from China. See the chart on pg 6.

I'm glad the tariffs were not enacted...might have been detrimental at this time.

In addition to the USGS report bcomaha sent, this report prepared for the US Congress shows as of 2014 the US was 100% dependent on China for scandium and 12% dependent on China for titanium. See page 13.

Lets not forget that China's got their hand in CBMM's cookie jar too and circling the globe looking to dominate mineral supplies so I pray Mark keeps the remaining 25% niobium as an option for the DOD to stockpile not to mention some scandium and titanium.

Ergo Jim Sims demeanor at the Senate hearing. In retrospect, Jim's appearance at the hearing may be pivotal to the Feds decision to stockpile NioCorp reserves. In time, we will know more.

Actually, Scandium and Titanium are both imported from China, but the current legislation will not affect NIOCORP.
