I can get it at the spice shop at the Atherton Mill on South Blvd. I won't make anything with cardamon until I catch up with pickling other stuff. I will make 12 8 oz jars of Green Tomato Salsa Verde and sterilize each jar for 20 minutes in a hot water bath.
