Steve is correct, think "different parts" on an engine, Spectra 7 is a Next-gen copper cabling technology, its for Short Reach applications like connections rack to rack, what POETF is working on is the Next-gen ROSA/TOSA or Receive/Transmit devices which convert Optical signals back/forth to/from Electrical signals
