Thanks a lot for the clarifications!. I lacked the info that afa data were so old. Dont knwo what to think about trastuzumab but as you say if it was standard of care they would need to compare to it.
Isnt RR (30% tumor shrinkage?) more sensitive than ORR (any tumor shrinkage?).
