I have not heard of anything but I would think if EVIO wants to be crosslisted on the CSE that is something that would need to be addressed. Where is the 9/20 date coming from? This is from the 8-k last year? I re-read and mis interpretted last years 8-k myself in regards to a/s. It looks like they need to have a shareholder meeting and then as must be reduced within a year from said meeting.

With the FY coming to and end at the end of the month I would expect an annual meeting to be held once the numbers are put together.
