One more .25% Fed raise is still on the table for 2019, once that is implemented ORC should rebound without fear of more rate raises. Keeping ORC on the watchlist but Im not getting the warm and fuzzies with them continuing to drip the dividend.

I put together a bunch of quarterly paying divy payers under $10.00 bucks on Daves Dividend board, some of them are less than ORC's share price paying out much more.
