No, it wasn't brought up on the proxy filing recently. Only voting on the officers below and the 2 other things..

1. to elect Robert Silzer, James Singerling, Stephen Johnston and Jason Sugarman to serve as directors of our company;



2. to vote on a non-binding advisory resolution to approve executive compensation (the "Say-on-Pay Proposal"); and



3. to transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Heck why not? they might as well go ahead and twist the knife a little, I'm already way upside down on this. my timing was way off, got in at .0032. Rest of my money is tied up in REAL, actual performing stocks.
So damn frustrating!
