Well that seals it. Visolis will reverse into BIOA. The dominoes are falling perfectly.

I thought this when it first was announced that a very large company (LCY) would be fronting a small upstart with so much cash. Why didn’t LCY just buy BIOAQ for themselves? Perfect set-up for reverse merger to allow Visolis to go public, imo. If I’m wrong (sad to say) it won’t be the first time!

Also I think Sorhay included in his post the buying company has to continue the same operations to utilize the NOLs and the sixth monitors report states that Visolis will continue producing Succinic Acid at the plant
