The lack of communication is for a fact a form of stock manipulation

The company promised transparency!!

I see no reason not to at least have continued posting sales

It has clearly resulted in the stock price going lower

When a company has revenue in the millions it in my opinion opens the company up for lawsuits such as CVSI had happen
