That’s the post I was replying to. I just disagree about the RM. I don’t see a company saying “oh well we just bought this penny stock, may as well go public.” These decisions take time and RM are usually reserved for emerging companies without a lot assets. If this company can spend 350 million dollars on Bioaq, then they will probably pay to raise capital through an IPO if and when they decide to go to go public.
