Even if the company was bought out for $20M which is 5x where it is priced right now and a crazy purchase price for a company with no assets it would equate to less than .02 a share.

$20M less liabilities $1.3M = $18.7M

Fully Diluted shares = 1.2B or so

$18.7M over 1.2B shares = .016 a share
