I still say I'm not literally holding to by the "end of Summer" idea. Things come up with companies...it just happens.

They do tweet later in evening every once in a while..... personally I see a tweet coming out Friday right after close. Stating that financials are complete and a PR on Monday. That’s just my guess, he was so nonchalant about it. Kind of seems like they are already complete. Still believe they’re holding information back, not only because of NDA‘s, but the financials. Large news on retail chain will have a totally different effect if announced after current.
