i see bankruptcy as one scenario for the company's future. that is my view as stated in option four. this does not mean i am shorting the stock or making false claims. just stating my opinion as others are free to do. the fact remains the stock is heading down at a pretty dramatic rate and the market is betting against the company. amda is basically a penny stock that has not been able to successfully been able to monetize its IP. this faiure rests with sonny. in sports when a team does poorly they replace the manager. with amda its time to replace sonny. he tried and he failed. this is about his inability to make the company successful.
