Keep up the great work Leo in closing IPIX's first deal!
Close the deal for most likely in the 100's of millions if IBD and OM are both included. Setup for 100 million plus milestones as reformulation and late stage trials are met. Allow the BP to take on all dev and trial costs and setup a sweet tiered royalty plan. As JUSTFACTs states this should closed within the next 30-90 days as we are already possibly a month past August. Once the deal is done Leo - go celebrate for a week and come back and throw the cash at the CRO for Phase 2b data and drop that on shareholders with unbelievable results. This share price will be in the many of many dollar range if this happens - I am excited.

I'm not sure what the legal dd issues are that the people who mentioned them are thinking about...I would consider the issues you mention to be financial versus what I would call legal issues.

The legal dd issues that I would be looking closely at...very closely given the kevetrin episode...are in the area of the provenance/ ownership of the product.

IF there's homework to be done that's where I'd be doing it. Anybody that says the kevetrin thing was public knowledge before the Menon/Aruda deal was struck is FOS. It's a risk that a BP would want to eliminate.

...no those are "Financial Terms"..., can still be open after "the Science" DD is satisfied.

Negotiation and DD Process:
1. Science/Technology DD: Prove the Science...otherwise 2-4 is meaningless
2. Negotiate the Parameter of Rights to be Acquired: what you want to buy (in whole or in part) and where...buy or license outright or in part, negotiate territorial rights (if not bought outright).
3. Negotiate the Financial Terms: the Price, Payments Terms and Royalties (if any)
4. Legal DD...document the rights of Target and what they have the rights, title and interest in. What they own or their derivative right to sell or license... Acquired/Seller/Licensor has to prove it's chain of title to those rights and patents etc.
