This scam does NOT hold a “substantial stake” in High Times. A couple of hundred of thousand at best. Will not effect the negative sentiment surrounding this scam due to:

(1) a long deep association with stock promoters like IRTH Communictions or have stock scam artists like Barry Honig, John, O’Rourke, John Stetson, Doug Leighton, HS Contrairian, MelechDavid, Michael Brausser involved in their company.

Once again, please provide some explanation of why this scam knowingly and willingly involved itself with frauds like Barry Honig, John Stetson, Doug Leighton, IRTH Communications, John O’Rouke, Michael Brausser, HS Contrarian?
