Until he can pay the OTC Market Fee their will be verification issue's & no reason to pay them unless he can get the Nevada SOS current ( $$ 47,325.00), Official Press Releases cost additional money also!
OTCQX and OTCQB companies: No fee

Pink companies: $5,000 per year with a $1,000 application fee

We can only become current with OTC Markets if Nevada SOS is updated AND the four disclosure statements are posted (2 annuals and 2 quarterlies)

Going to take $$ 47,325.00 to get Nevada SOS current!

KEN - What is posting (preliminary) financials to your own website supposed to do for the stock and the shareholders? Post the Completed financials for 2016 & 2017. Also don't forget about the 2015's to be completed in a timely manner! This Stock is going nowhere without Finilization of reports and proof of purchases being filed in PR....!!!! Just a teeter totter
