It does seem like reinvigorating dormant shell serves some beneficial kind of cleansing up action, sort like the OTC markets own dung beetles.

Why simply expel them because you're too lazy/underfunded or whatever to do some policing of the bad guys?

If people like yourself, nodummy and several handfuls of others are so adept at seeing in advance what's coming with these dormant shells,

maybe the SEC is hiring the wrong people as well as having their heads you know where. ;)
