The prospect of a reverse merger made me look into GFOO in the first place. But that was a year ago when Chinese reverse mergers were hot (the days of DOLV / JBZY). Let's see if they can pull out some aces. Contrary to that other play, these guys file every step with 8-k's and seem to have a legit track record.
