Good find, AvantGarde... Could be something there. It would be great if VCPS dropped the long awaited 10-K followed by a 10-Q; however, something tells me the 10/24/18 date is just an estimate on when VCPS SHOULD be releasing the next 10-Q. I'm basing this information from 10-Qs released around the same time in October of previous years (10/23/2017 and 10/17/2016). Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see what happens a month from now.

One thing I have been noticing for the past couple months is a large block of shares being added and removed from the ask. I don't get if it's a large shareholder trying to liquidate their position, or if this is done purposely to keep people from buying. Either way, the current ask at 543 million is not looking very promising.

$54,000 sitting on the ask is discouraging to say the least.

Maybe you had something here... Maybe today’s volume has something to do with the possible Q3 release on the 24th. I’m obviously grasping at straws, but it could be interesting if the volume picks up the closer we get to that date.
