Except no DD can be done because nobody knows what ARYC has been up to in terms of financials for almost 4 years.

All we have are cryptic 'supposed" emails from Mark about $80 million in revenues and $40 million in profits implying a 50% profit margin for 2019.

Nothing is certain till financials are released, and based on the price action and volume the market does not believe financials are being released any time soon.

The Taub case is the holdup.
