There are many court documents. When I read them, I get the sense MEC vs Maciora will wrap in 2019. He has a jury trial in his future if he doesn't settle.

A Tentative Ruling is due on Tuesday the 25th on Maciora's Motion to Compel. MEC is asking for another sanction (on top of the two or three he has already received). A Tentative is also due on Friday the 28th on Maciora's Order to Show Cause re Dismissal. This is the Motion he filed regarding MECs foreign registration in CA.
