Billy is, the reason many folks invested in this company! As long as they had him at the wheel we knew it was just a matter of time! Being a true bird dog he found a great wreck! The DR stopping permits , keeping all artifacts, are things nobody seen coming. Nothing would make me and others happier then to see Captain Billy back out diving on the early wrecks!! JMO No idea at this point what is happening?
