Yep. Apple derangement syndrome extends to tech writers that will just flat out lie, probably for money in one way or another. There were articles claiming the X was selling so badly they would discontinue it and go with the 8 and 8 plus.
Now all of their phone modeled are named X, Xs, and Xr. It will be interesting to see the name of next years phones.
