RMRK address is not a UPS / USPS address, however it is Virtual Business Address which is a popular way businessmen / women rent out office space like a timeshare. Sometimes this space is shared with other businesses and sometimes its not. For example, you may own a timeshare...it is not yours the whole year and you share it with other vacationers. Im sure some on this board own a time share. So if found other businesses renting out the same space, that is not a reason RMRK'ers should be shooken my friend!!! This is just shared rented, business office space.

So if you found other companies with RMRK address, I LIVE IN VEGAS, SAID IT MANY TIMES ON THESE BOARDS....I know for a fact the place where RMRK address is has shared office space. Business learned they can save millions of dollars renting shared office spaces verses the days of old money when they built big skyscrapers paying huge expenses to shelter their business on the premises. RMRK CEO is a traveling businessman and just because he uses a Vegas address, I can almost bet he is rarely at that location.

There is no bar to incorporate two or more companies with the same address as per Companies Act, 2013.However there should be separate working space for both the companies and separate rent agreements should be in place in case the property is rented. ...
