gee maybe there were valid reasons for the audits not getting completed like adding more assets i.e. bonita springs and memphis doe your home work please before you attempt to bash cause your are not to good at it

Note something here, you said 16 months old...... this is from April of this year. Umm, 7 months ago.

I'm not excusing the company for not presenting audits. However, i'm not so intent to say the auditor may be sitting on his arse or otherwise disagrees with what they present or having other difficulties. I don't know what the hold up is, i do hope they will deliver soon though. They said after the posting of the unaudited financials they would put forth audited financials.

I asked Mr. Burmaster at Memphis about 6 months ago if they would put forth unaudited financials. He told me definately not. I bantered with him for a second about it and his reply was a solid "NO", he left me with a impression to continue this would end my interview and likely not get any further information so i backed away. His concerns expressed to me were solely about how the shareholders would take such a blow if he rushed out financials and auditors made them restate them. He told me Mr. Hayter was aware of shareholder sentiment and that prior mistakes were made. He told me they didn't want to take any steps that may tick us off any more than some already are in a more diplomatic tone.
