As AIVN is no longer registered with the SEC the 10Ks issued to the SEC are useless. What they are missing now are lawyers sign offs off for annual reports. They probably cant find a lawyer to sign off on these scam documents.
This ticker AIVN is going to so the same way as Wagentis previous ticker USPR, suspended.
