Rug as been pulled out 2-3 times now. This could hit low $1's with another traditional raise w/ warrants. Stock would get crucified short term with that

They had to understand that with this last painful raise. They would be better announcing a partner or (what a thought) raise PPS a lil with news to get over $20M from the $3.20 tranche. Should have been a handshake deal
