Brokers have/can charge $20/RS and many don't know it's tax deductible and never claimed it.

Perhaps if everyone starts including it in their tax loss claims, then the IRS and the SEC will stop dragging their feet to take actions against these links, being that their's no longer any incentive to line their pockets with.

In other words, the billions of unclaimed tax-loss claims, will cease lining their wallets.
