My take on things is that the court case coming up this Tuesday will be to have have the buyer signed off. And that there will be another court case prior to late October, that will outline how the buyout price will be distributed. At that time I can see them releasing the dollar details.

However, I may be wrong and we may wake up pleasantly surprised some morning soon.

S2 not sure if this has already been covered and /or if you would know? But I thought I would throw it out there for fodder. Is it possible that shareholders would receive proceeds from the Sarnia sale in the way of a Dividend and BIOAq would continue to trade with or without the "Q"? Thanks for your time.
