I certainly agree that the transaction will be approved or 9/18, and can only hope that the details of the purchase price will be shared with the general public very soon afterwards. But I will be patient, knowing that the purchase amount may stay confidential until the details on how it will be distributed are communicated.
Commons should be good here, expecting .10 - .25 PPS. But will be pleasantly surprised if more.
