Absolutely true for me as well:

it is hard for me to assess how risky this is and what a big seller could do to the price at any time.

How might a "big" PIOE seller materialize?

Here's a scenario I dreamt up. RCP has stated that their PIOE shares will be used as an incentive or bonus for employees they wish to retain. (Is this all they want to use PIOE shares for?) So say they give a few of their best employees 100,000 shares each of PIOE (which is really just a drop in the bucket compared with the number of shares that RCP is currently holding). Then say several months later one of those RCP employees decides to leave, for whatever reason.

All of a sudden, we now have a former employee of RCP holding 100,000 PIOE shares. Unless those shares are restricted, there is nothing to stop him from selling them whenever and however he wants. Just imagine what a HUGE sell order like that might do to PIOE share price!

Does this seem like a realistic possibility to you?
