Street and Claw - Could our Qode ad cause problems with the case settlement or trial? I would not want NEOM to take the heat for something we did. Or is this to be expected and accepted, based on the type of site (myspace asking and encouraging this type of participation). In my opinion, the Qode ad, lends support to their "myspace site", and does not distract anything from it. I, personally don't see any distraction from Scanbuys Myspace site.

Claw, what is your legal opinion of our placing the Qode Ad on the Scanbuy's Myspace site? Is it best that we not bring this to the attention of NEOM officers, or should they be informed that we placed the Qode Ad on the Scanbuys "Myspace site"?
